Amy David is a world-class mountain athlete, outdoor producer, professional skier and backpacking guide. On this episode, we talk all about her impressive skiing career (and one scary accident), her general passion for the mountains and talk all about the science of how humans experience wild places. And when the snow melts, she loves to help women get outside by working as a professional backpacking guide. Amy is an incredible ambassador for the outdoors and is the real deal when it comes to big adventure.
